@@Shadowkey392it’s not about the fact that it sounds damaged, it’s contrasting the way Roz USED to speak vs the way (she?) does now. At the beginning of the movie, Roz’s speaking style was far more similar to Rummage, sounding like they’re following a protocol for how to interact with others and being very feelingless. It’s not about how the speaking itself sounded, but the structure and choice of words, as well as the bombastic energy of trying to sell their services.

I love how rummage starts to gain emotions too after just seeing what Roz has been through, reading someone’s memories and then just moving their hand back as quickly as possible instead of being curious or just being robotic tells use that Roz Isn’t the only one capable of feeling throughout the entire robotic world which I find pretty cool.
