This is the only song at the Gaiety Theatre were each of the band members get a turn at every verse. For the first verse it was Paddy Reilly, the one sixth from the left. For the second verse, it was Ronnie Drew, the one fifth from the left. For the third verse, it was Sean Cannon, the one fourth from the left. For the fourth verse, it was Jim McCann, the one third from the left.
