The Antoni Gaudi (1852-1926), style seems to have been an influence here. From the broken colorful tiles and beautiful broken ceramic designed benches, wall coverings, and floors. These are all on display in Spain, particularly in the apartments he designed. Thanks Mike for showing your viewers the American version.

Yes indeed, Gehry is famous for the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao (Spain) and the Walt Disney Concert Hall (amongst many others) in your very own LA. As for some of the tile work, especially in jhe entrance hall and exterior work it was all very Antoni Gaudi (1852-1926). Google Guell Park (Barcelona) for images. Gaudi was also the prime force in the building of the Sagrada Familia Cathedral also in Barcelona, but almost a hundred years after his death, it remains unfinished.

Just be thankful you don’t have Ibis birds there. We call them bin chickens due to their extra long beak can remove a lot of garbage & even empty the bag. When one of them craps on your car you need a full steam clean & detail, they squirt so much of the stuff out of their back passage. We have a Frank Geary designed building here in Sydney. It’s the NSW Business School at University of Sydney. Stunning brick building that to my eye looks like a cardboard box that’s been sat on. Even though it’s all brick I don’t think there’s a straight flat wall anywhere. * I saw Caroline the swimming real estate agent on TV yesterday. She was an episode of Botched & she was one of three gal pals of two male plastic surgery enthusiasts .it got me thinking if Michael is involved in the production or an agent associated with Botched.
