When you described the absolute superiority of the bicycle as a vehicle you literally quoted what I said so many times. I absolutely love seeing what was once civilization rot back in to the ground. If I could, I would come back in three hundred years, after the "event" we all know is coming that will greatly reduce our numbers. Nice details on your website. 28 kg packed bike weight, must be challenging to pack enough calories in food supply.

Thanks :) it's been fine actually, the most I've had to carry was just under 3 weeks of food (Patagonia, Nana O'Higgins), which did require a bit of tetris packing, but most of the time I don't have to carry food for more than 2-4 days, which is quite easy. When I'm on the road I do eat pretty boring food though!
