But to recap, Ferrari team are losers cus we shouldn't be behind however our drivers and strategist made it up but still, we really shouldnt be in our current position so thats why we were there. Had Ferrari been consistent since Monaco, we could already lead the constructors championship and possibly have a small gap between Max and Charles. Either that or my delulu Ferrari fan side of me took a hold of me lol. Hoping for a better result in Monza (*at least* a P2 and P3 for both Charles and Carlo is acceptable, hopefully).

How is Ferrari both a loser and the fourth fastest car? We finally got a strategy right, we were way faster than Merc and maybe even faster than Red Bull, and took a podium that seemed impossibile yesterday. This is objectively a win

The drivers are the winners, sure the race pace was good but that doesn’t change the fact the car was uncompetitive for the majority of the weekend still and this kills our weekends since if we are good from Friday to Sunday, we could have more wins and podiums.

While I agree about the "ferrari is off the pace" statement, i think the team _has_ made an improvement. Our biggest weaknesses beforehand were bouncing, qualifying, and loss of pace at the end of the race. Considering a) zandvoort is one of the bumpiest tracks and b) charles caught max like crazy a the end and held off piastri, we've definitely fixed the first and the third issue. So it's less loser for me and more that we made the most of a limited package in a track that doesn't suit us. Monza, Las Vegas, and Singapore should be better Edit: Especially because we werent behind the other 3 times (not in the race at least). Leclerc was almost as close to Max as Oscar was to him and Sainz almost overtook George before he pitted. We're currently the 2nd best team but Max is Max

I was at this race as a mclaren fan, and boy, the first couple laps when Verstappen was ahead, they all stood up and celebrated when he passed the grandstand. Let’s just say, it was a little quiet from everyone else and a little loudness from me. That was great.

Well, I'm happy. Bad start aside, it was a serene drive from Norris. Piastri was decent, but he just got stuck behind Leclerc. I think the people who were saying things along the lines of he'll overtake Norris in the McLaren pecking order in the second half of the season will be quiet for a bit! That's not to dig on Piastri, I really like him, he's hilarious off-track and he is clearly a really good driver, but he's only in his second season, whereas Norris is in his 6th. He's still developing, and it can be argued that Norris is still developing too. When it's been tight between them, it's been tight, but when there's a bigger gap in pace and the like Norris has been invariably ahead. Leclerc drove a great race and Sainz came back quite nicely. I thought Hamilton drove a decent race as well. I'm still not convinced the Driver's Championship is on for Norris though. 70 points in 9 races is still a big margin to overhaul and we can't count on McLaren having the kind of advantage over the rest that they had in Zandvoort being the case every week, it most likely won't. And of course Max Verstappen is still Max Verstappen. Even if he's not fighting for the win he's plenty able to limit the damage. The Constructor's Championship on the other hand, if Checo keeps underperforming...

Taking a look the race was boring for my top support like Max, but I only started crying when Gasly and Albon got overtook, Gasly did sort of save himself though. The race was entertaining, if we had a Monaco style race for the weekend I think liberty media would be in riot incited flames though.

Max winning: he outperformed that car Lando winning: that McLaren is a rocketship As we can see with lando in comparison to Oscar, who couldn’t get past a merc and a Ferrari, it’s not that car, it’s who’s driving it. The RB20 is still the fastest car on the grid, it just can fall out of the optimal window faster than the MCL38… but Zaandvoort should have been Red Bull domination based on the cars strong and weak points

@@F-Duck1 Maybe you should watch it again while awake :D Also, Ferrari being losers is just absurd. It wasn't just drivers and strategists doing good, they just straight up had the second best race pace, at least on hards. Leclerc was slightly faster than Verstappen over both dirvers' entire hard stints, and Sainz overtook Perez and, would have probably overtaken Russell as well if Mercedes didn't make overtaking him unnecessary. Sure, Ferrari might have had weak testing and qualifying, but overall they ended up definitely being winners. Edit: I remembered wrong that part about Leclerc, he wasn't faster than Verstappen. He was slower for a handful of laps, then kept the same pace and even caught up towards the end.

Lando vs Max Title Fight is on 70 Points in Order for Lando to win He has to win seven of the 9 Rounds to be Level with Verstappen final 2 Races If Max gets a 3rd Place Twice and Lando wins though Races we might have a Title Decider. If Lando Loses by 8 Points Hungary Swap the biggest Title Fumble since 2007 with Lewis in Monaco where he could have had 2 or 1 point ahead of Kimi

I understand the decision to put Lewis on new softs for a chance at FL but putting used softs on George for what exactly I have no clue. Instead of pitting he might as well have stayed out and hampered Sainz and Checo which could have clumped the midfield cars for Lewis to catch up, and worst case they get exactly the same result as reality.

Big win for the drivers, my point was since we had good race pace the overall weekend should’ve been better especially qualifying since had we qualified top 5, we genuinely could have had a chance at winning since Charles was lapping same pace to Lando and Sainz also had great pace. We just shouldn’t be where we are and we shouldn’t have to rely on strategy for good results, the car should be winning potential for most weekends but that’s not the reality unfortunately but maybe I’m just expecting too much
