If they send you a box, don’t open it at all just refuse it send it back. You’re probably gonna have to do that three or four times that’s what those people who have that kind of service too. That’s how they take advantage of the people if you remember Columbia house back in the day, that’s what they used to doit several times they don’t cancel. They just keep on sending out more and more and more. Just make sure you don’t open up the box open up the box they say it’s yours :-)

They are very clear, you have to contact them within 15 days of receiving your order. All you had to do was email them, which being a truck driver is no excuse for. That's all on you, you can't blame them for having policies and following them. I had no problem sending in items for exchange on this very same box. You really can only be mad at yourself.

15 days is more than enough time to return an item. I’m Not a spokesperson for Winston, but you don’t appear to have any style, so I see where you wouldn’t like the box.
