Disa shares insights on the Fertility Awareness Method - also known as the Justisse Method - and offers advice on how to talk to teens about sex. She also discusses potential problems with Contraceptive Endocrine Disruptors (birth control pills), and shares the story of how she healed after she was diagnosed with Cervical Dysplasia.
