It would make a lot of sense. She is played by a trans activist. Maybe she can be a Witcher as a woman because she is exact that and the "only man" Witcher rule applies to her. This will destroy me, and I hope I am wrong, tho I don't have any problems with trans, only with this lazy writing in all these games.
