The best in this video is that all those actors, even Henry Cavill , are trying to imitate the voice actor of the game, all of them but not the Polish dubbing actor, because he is the original Gerald's voice.

Even in the Polish version, Geralt has different voice actor in the games compared to the series. In the games he is voiced by Jacek Rozenek, and in the series by Michał Żebrowski.

Little info here, the German voice acting is done in a rather old style of speaking. They chose to take some liberty with the words they used in order to make it sound more... Medieval. I can't speak for the other languages, but I'd like to hear some input on it.

Naah, simplified is a better word for that. Also, some languages were literally created as a "beautified" version, like portueguese compared to spanish (there is so many unnecessary embellishments and stupid grammatical rules in portuguese, it can be a nightmare, specially for foreigners)

bad translation in Russian. I am not judging you - is translated as "It's not for me to judge you". He wants to say he doesn't care about his deeds not "It's pity I'm not the one who have the rights to judge you" but now if I have to choose between one evil and another then I prefer not to choose at all - is translated as "but if I will have(it isn't a correct construction, but it is how it is in Russian) to choose between one evil and another I wouldn't choose at all". Why did he start to talk about future?!?! The issue is about now. The reason I despise translations

И с какой стати он стал говорить "но если мне нужно будет выбирать, Я не выберу", когда в оригинале "но сейчас, если Я должен выбирать, Я не буду". С какой стати он начал говорить про будущее? Он про конкретный момент говорит, про прямо сейчас, а не про какое то там будущее. Если ты знаешь английский, то ты видишь что фигово переведено. Момент меньше чем на минуту, а там аж две ошибки меняющие смысл его слов.

@@asbest2092 Я вижу разницу, но это не ошибки. Про "судить" смысл одинаковый, ничего здесь такого нет. Насчёт "сейчас/в будущем" тоже не ошибка, а специфика. В том же Джокере его шутка звучит в настоящем "что ты получаешь"?, но ведь мы говорим так только в основном в будущем времени, а-ля "что ты получишь?". Согласись, что, "Но сейчас, если ..." - дословный перевод, мы так не говорим. Ты можешь жаловаться, что не сделали дословный тупой перевод, игнорируя особенность нашего языка. "Там" явно не с гугла переводят тексты
