I also loved the video. But I wish you would of shown the actual witch's letter A when I do research I've gotten several different types! I was hoping you would clear that up. Thanks for taking the time to do the type of video that you did, it's important to see that I'm not clear out in left field!! Thanks Barb

I may have to deal with the dead, but don't have to trust them or like them. Often enough, the feeling is mutual. I've warned so many practitioners to guard against being naive with them, I have a near-standard litany of it now. "One of the main purposes of ancestor veneration is to remind them that they... are... still... dead." "Everyone is descended from one kind of asshole or another, and we're all descended from both sides of a travesty somewhere along the way. Try to draw a line any other way and you'll just end up getting bitter." "Memory is a place where the dead still rule, and all of their wars are... unfinished." "No one will abominate you faster or more easily than your own ancestors. It costs them nothing to try, and they think they have the right. They will not come at you as an assault upon your fortress walls; but whispering, flattering, pandering in your inner sanctum until you are no longer even sure which thoughts are your own, and which are theirs. By this have feuds continued beyond any who remember their cause, and much sorrow is visited upon the children." All that being said, of course I have some favorites that I get along with well enough, and we have been helpful to each other in various works and ways.

I understand your hesitance regarding the dead. I work with only a few of my Beloved Dead but work with the power of The Ancestors - the pool of power that is present from those Witches who have passed before us.
