When I was at school (late 70’s) they showed us a film of what to do in the case of potentially fatal accidents. I remember my brother telling me a few years before they showed his year the film and people were fainting. So the film started and this guys going around a country road corner on a motorcycle and he hits a car. He’s on the ground and bloods coming out his mouth. We all started cheering and laughing. Then next scene a guys cutting wood and the idiot accidentally cuts his wrists. Blood shooting out. We were cheering and laughing. So they stopped the film.

I like how the disappearance of the witches is handled. They simply go in to an old cellar and Macbeth jokes that they have vanished into the air. The supernatural nature of the witches is not revealed until later allowing Macbeth and Banquo to dismiss the witches prophecy as the ramblings of crazy old women.
