As much as beatiful Destiny 2's story can be sometimes, I never expected to shed a tear for it. Nevertheless, the build up towards the relationship that a guardian and their ghost is very special is fantastic, the conflict between Zavala with Targe and its resolution, Cayde's regret of Sundance's death, and Ghost's devotion towards us, they're just a perfect set up for this cutscene. And it hits much harder to me because I just lost my 10 year old cat, the very same cat in my profile picture - with the Guardian begging for a miracle towards The Traveler to bring Ghost back hits very close to home.

I think it was mostly because they new people would complain about how they brought back a character they laid to rest a while ago and just have him back. At leat with this we still get the emotional conclusion and closure for cayde without too many people complaining. A satisfying end to a character but truly sad to see him go one last time.

It pains me because Nathan Fillion is one of my favorite actors, but they did it the right way. It would have cheapened his death if he were to be brought back now and Cayde resurrecting his ghost was the perfect end to his story arc. This time he went out on his terms and sacrificed himself for his to save his favorite person's ghost. Legitimately beautiful storytelling and their finest work since Halo 3.

Glad I was there to finish this game finally, this ending was so awesome. Finally defeating a long time war and the way everyone unite to fight against the witness, is something we will never forget. I mean we finish the witness but the darkness is always there to fight it and its true that some of the witness main followers flew away trying to hold up and rebuild somewhere else. For a minute I thought that our ghost was killed but in the end cade use all his light to save our ghost. Also this soundtrack is also so peacefull that makes me want to cry, because is the ending and everything we being doing since 2017, was worth it. ( For the ones we still playing the game ). Know for the future, who knows if there is gona be a third game, they where rumors for the beginning about a third game, but like I said who knows what new enemy will bring this time. What we can said at the end, is that we are the once that we make our own history in life, no one decides what is our destiny like the witness try to do.

You don't need to do the raid. This plays after you do a special 12 player activity that unlocked after some one managed to clear the raid.

Once you complete the main campaign and wildcard exotic quest you'll have access to an new post campaign quest next to the raid on the map. Completing the mission will give the cutscenes. Don't know why the video says raid cutscene tho. The mission does take place after the events of the raid tho.

You can replay them. Just go through the 12 player mission but make sure it's set to narrative mode instead. It'll act just like the first playthrough of the activity. Cutscenes and all
