I so hate it that this judge always lets violent offenders off the hook like this. This guy has three assault charges, his girlfriend ended up in the ER more than once, too afraid to report him. And Midleton goes "it's the meth, not him" and lets him free!

Bests his wife to a pulp and gets 35 days jail. Prior history as a criminal. Weak judge. If that was his wife or daughter that was the victim it would be a different sentence.

This guy has money for meth but no money to pay court fines. I don’t think this Judge gets “ furious “ and he should.

I do like Judge Middleton but he does go easy on offenders. Always time served as punishment and no lawyer fee. Drunk drivers have no problem here no matter how often it's happened 😕
