After a family vacation, Rosanne Jensen has been suffering from bouts of dizziness, which turn out to be from disembarkment syndrome. Ever since she got her first period at the age of 11, Janet Long has been suffering from excruciating abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting during her period. Then, after giving birth to three daughters, Janet also develops painful swelling in her hands. After getting no answers from many doctors, Janet finds out that she has hereditary angioedema (HAE).
