@@MarcusCollins69 you don't drink water for taste, and the point is not to find it boring it's to STAY ALIVE. water keeps your body hydrated and yields nutritional components such as iron, zinc, etc. it also maintains the integrity of every cell in your body. in that same way you don't eat to get taste, you eat so you can get the health benefits the food item yields. you won't get the same nutritional benefits water has from other liquid substances such as coffee and sodas. in fact that's just detrimental to your health. you can't judge everything and say ''i don't want this bc it tastes weird'', you HAVE to consume certain food and liquid substances to benefit your health. in conclusion, don't judge stuff off of their taste.
