I battle Cystic Fibrosis! I have found that drinking (I try for 2 litres a day) water thins the phlegm and looses my chest, so I breathe easier. The problem with drinking water is that you always have to pee. 🤷♀️🇨🇦

I disagree with drinking water before, after or with meals. Our stomaches contain acidic enzymes that break down our food. When we drink water before, with or after food, those digestive enzymes become diluted, making it difficult to break the food down for our body to absorb the nutrients. This is why you may be seeing undigested food passing through and not feel satisfied after a meal. Your body is craving nutrition. Additionally, a diet high in raw fruits and vegetables contains vitamins, minerals and guess what? Natural Water!🎉

I would yes. If not hydrated, it can cause dry hair, dry skin! When hair is dry, it can break off

Tea does count. Just keep in mind caffeinated tea will be somewhat less hydrating due to caffeine being a diuretic which can also dehydrate. Best to drink decaf teas so 100% of it aids in hydration

No the caffeine and sugar will both dehydrate you.
