Definitely....can't get enough of this song. No song comes close to the feels this one gives me. It's like crashing back to earth once it's ended and another song starts playing. I quickly go back to this one, repeatedly.

The Wonder Years was one of my favorite bands in high school (I graduated in 2017) and I always loved this song in particular but I hadn’t listened to it in years until now. The song hits VERY different than it did in 2015 when it came out, just the message about how the American Dream that we were sold as kids was a lie, at least for the vast majority of Americans. Mind you, this song was written before Trump, before COVID, before so many of the things that have made it so hard for people from my generation and younger to just exist in America. Just this morning I was having breakfast with a close friend who lives abroad and she was telling me about how she is thinking about permanently relocating to the UK. It feels like my generation is slowly giving up on America, and as much as I want to believe that things will eventually get better, I honestly don’t blame them.
