One of the best fishing vlogs I have watched in a hell of a long time! It had everything and to end the piece with the beautiful Woodcarving was perfection, can’t wait for the next! Most importantly, very well done to you Simon.

Simon do you only ever use non coated braid for your rigs? Or do you use soft coated??
@SimonCrow6 жыл бұрын
Really appreciate it mate, yeh I much prefer braided rigs but do use semi coated when going long range, to avoid tangled etc 👍
@scottkinder51946 жыл бұрын
So do you use a fair sized bait to eliminate tangle on the cast when using a braided rig pal? And do you make sure you got the clip every cast? Thanks for the reply mate 👍🏼

Great vlog! if you were fishing on a barbless fishery would you unhook the fish in the net as it comes out easy and if u dont it could come out in the net and rehook in the eye. or would you take it out on the bank?

They say that " you only get out what you put in " & you sir certainly put the effort in. To run a marathon and then get off the plane and go straight to the lake is dedication in its self, but to then go on and catch not one but two target fish ! I think karma came into the equation somewhere. Well done and cheers for the heads-up on the bed !👍👍

Shotgun pellets in your back?? What happened there then mate haha?
@SimonCrow6 жыл бұрын
Long story that's in my book (plug) It happened when I was a teenager, whilst walking to a lake with a couple of mates a farmer opened up on us. I had nine pellets in me, they took four out of my arms (which is why I've got 50 stitches on them and they're a bit wonky) and left the others ion my back as they were too close to my spine. They're fine most of the time but give me grief at night if I'm not comfy
@conormcgregor19786 жыл бұрын

@SimonCrow6 жыл бұрын
Was shot by a farmer when I was a teenager when going to look at a lake. I've still got pellets in my back, had five taken out my arms, 50+ stitches, but I was lucky because none hit me in the head (only inches away)
