What a great way to memorialize your grandfather. Beautifully done.

How could you cut this on a miter saw? Why are the 22.5 degree angles different on the miter saw from the table saw?

I would for sure need to work felt at the dining room table because my bench is always full of saw dust!

Beautiful piece..But I feel it is a lot of work to create a beautiful piece, just to put in a piece of plexiglass that looks like someone cleaned it with a razor blade. this piece deserves a better, non scratched piece of glass

good project but the new guy has no on screen presence and should not be on the show. they need to bring back don and bryan, it was good to see chris again but the show is going down hill since don left.

Part of the problem is you are watching a video that was actually shot at least 18 months ago... Logan has had lots video of practice since then and I think you will see continuous improvement from all of the people new to Woodsmith videos as time passes. As for Don and Bryan, I'm not sure how retirement works because I have not been retired myself, but I don't think we can legally force them to come back to work. :) Thanks for watching, Garry, and we'll keep on working to get better.

When people first start out making videos, it's not usually their best performance since they are not actors but they get better as they do it like everything else in life. Give the guy a break.
