Great video mate, I’m waiting to apply for the fire whenever they open their applications again. At the moment I work as a chef so I’m doing similar shift work, 12 hour days etc so the transition to the fire service hours probably won’t faze me, if anything I’ll be better as I think I’ll have more structured days/days off.

Yo , I’m planning on having a career in firefighting at the LFB . Right now I am a fire cadet and in year 11 . Do you think doing a public services level 3 extended diploma is better than doing a levels ? Thanks

Hi mate, I’d say so definitely in my opinion. I don’t think that they will ask for the public services qualification but you will definitely pick up more I’d say
