I've heard of the works of Josephus the historian being a reference for the happenings of the times before and after Christ for long,. It's a very, very good oportunity this ministry gives the ones interested in having more knowlege in the history that surrounds the texts of the Bible . Besides the very elegant and clear naration with nice and adequate pauses, about the texts themselves, Josephus is a very good and elegant writer with "parenthesis" describing signs, visions, particularities of certain individuals and landscapes, adequate details in the narrative, which together with the the voice naration put foward, captivates the hearing of it all. I'm surprised by the number of details which involve faith, like visions cited (ex. Vespasian becoming emperor) and never heard of them before. I"ve listened to the 5 books. Thank you! It's a blessing!
