Update: I am in love with my order from fracture. What an awesome job they did on my husbands army picture. The original was ruined by a water leak in our house. Thank God I had a copy in my phone and computer. It is a Father’s Day gift I know he will treasure for ever and ever. Thank you Fracture. Can’t wait to do more.

This is pretty amazing! I would think one of the perks to working at Fracture is seeing some amazing images / pictures. You guys should do a book with the top 100 images printed to date. (Of course, get the ok to use the image(s) from the customer(s) first. )

I was very impressed with the ordering process. Seamless from start to finish. Regarding shipping up to Canada, it I'd best to choose a FedEx or courier option than USPS. The chance of your purchase being flagged at Customs Canada is lower if you use the courier shipping option. As far as the product goes I am pleased. Those who do not believe the manufacturing process should check this KZbin video before making false claims.

Algo Rhythm , save your money. I purchase their product, and they suck. If you send them a 4K photo, they'll downgrade it and send you a low definition version of it. But at least it's printed on glass🤣. Plus their customer service is a joke.

But the resolution of the original photo gets compromised. It's no longer the original resolution. Last month an order was placed with the Company and the digitally processed print on glass was much different. The purpose for which the order was placed could not be accomplished for this reason.

Yep! When making Fracture prints, we first print with color inks that make up the image itself; the second pass is a solid white layer to make the colors pop and give depth and opacity to the color.

When an order is placed with us, the image file used for the upload is stored along with the order on our secure servers. Though, we won't share or otherwise use your image file after you order without that permission from you. If U live on Canada be careful ordering from Fracture my sister ordered 2 small prints for our parents for Christmas and even tho its in the U.S. she didn't think 2 small prints & a stand waz gonna be $90 not including the invoice from fed ex sayin she owes them $20 after already paying $23USD for shipping and handling. I checked on a converter $66.52USD is $84.53CAD not $90.

Hey David, we're so sorry those fees were sprung on your sister; nobody appreciates unexpected fees. As of now, pre-clearing our customs isn't something we're able to do through our shipping services. While we can't be sure when or if customs fees apply, we have a warning message on all international orders. These kinds of payments are decided and imposed by local authorities, so we're not informed about them beforehand. When FedEx reaches the border and the fees are decided, FedEx actually pays them up front, then collects a reimbursement.

Copy of note to customer service:Hello, Until now the experience with you and your company has been good. Although the shipment was delayed by USPS and arrived 3 days later than the confirmation said it would, that is not my complaint as I understand it is out of your hands. The picture in question was of my daughters dog who on the day I ordered the picture had to be put down. He was a good dog who spent the last ten years with my daughter when she really needed him. The problem is that I wrote I heartfelt note to be put in the photo along with a request of no receipt. You got the no receipt right but did not include the note. My daughter got the package last evening and sent me the note below: Did either of you order this and have it sent to me? It showed up today with no note, no receipt. You folks advertise that you take those special moments and memorialize them on glass. Well, you didn’t this time!!! I got the picture which I paid for but I did not get the service. I will never use your service again and I will tell anyone I know not to either. I will be going to social media next and telling people of my experience as well. What I was hoping for was a special moment with my daughter over the loss of her great dog…what I got was a creepy package showing up at her house with the picture of the dog she lost and what was to be a tender reflective moment was lost. Signed Fractured by fracture!!! I would not use them!!

My dude, it was a simple mistake I'm sure. You act like they were being malicious, but I guess you've never made a mistake in your life right? I'm sure the words would have meant more if you would have told them to your sister directly instead of via a 3rd party. The picture will last a lifetime and I'm sure it means the world to her, but I think you're being a bit over-harsh on the company that put that memory and picture onto a permanent medium for you and her. It's been five months since you posted and I'm sure when you posted this you were pretty angry. Looking back now, do you still feel the same way??
