The World of David the Gnome - Episode 24 - The Careless Cub (Restored)

David and Lisa go for a walk in the forest and meet a wolf. The wolf tells David that his wife and one of his cubs ate meat that had been poisoned by a shepherd. The wife had died, but the cub was still holding on. David examines the wolf cub and determines that a certain plant can cure him. He and Lisa split up and go look for the medicine. Lisa is snatched by the trolls, but they let her go when she tells Holler that a wolf will die if she can't get the medicine to it. The wolves are friends of the trolls. David and Lisa find enough of the plant to cure the wolf cub.

I'm 50 year's old and work a very stressful job sometimes I watch old skool cartoons just to detox from the pharmacy,pills refills, Dr calls etc. etc. the adventures of this little cartoon really relaxes me @ 2,3,4 a.m...😪😪😪

dolphinspray19 I would have to agree with you, because I had to go through over a dozen tissues, also Those two Gnome Children Of David and Lisa are so cute and Adorable too, also I know for a fact that Baby Wolf Cubs have a 50/50 Chance of surviving on their own, unless another Female Wolf that lost her cubs would adopt them.

"Those terrible human shepherds, poisoning the meat!" - I mean, they were probably trying to stop the wolves from eating their sheep, and they succeeded. Maybe if David told them to not steal from from the humans, this wouldn't have happened; humans can't communicate with the animals, but the gnomes can.

The English version didn't have it to begin with. For some reason, they cut out a few small scenes here and there before doing the English dub. It's no doubt intact on the original Spanish version.
