There are cords that are in every single popular track. Every chart topper uses them, every song that's manufactured in the record label warehouses and then published as some "artist's" new song uses them. They're engineered tracks, built from the ground up to sell, and the "artists" are just entertainers there to be eye candy in order to boost sales. Some of the best singers and musicians I've met are not very famous, they're not the most attractive people, but their songs are good and you usually can learn them yourself.
