I know this comment is super late, sorry. But the guy at 16:39 is Jonathan Young and, while a lot of his catalogue of covers is cringe in that exact "made for adults with nightmare before christmas tattoos" sort of way, he himself isn't. He also does not want to be doing any of that, lol. His disdain for the endless Disney and anime covers is pretty obvious. He plays it for laughs but it's pretty sad. I think the anime/video game/disney adult schlock is there to support his real passion projects (original songs) which never get as much engagement. His original songs and older stuff are more creative and compelling. Even though the concepts are still a bit "theater kid" in a way I think you would still find cringe, they're well-executed and the guy clearly had fun making them. It's not clout-chasing, hashtag Content cringe, it's just earnestly dorky.

Bono is talking about going to a juke joint, and meeting an amazing musician named junior Kimbrough. Bonp was talking about meeting him and junior had literally no clue who he was. When he said he was from the band U2,. Junior responded with me too,Man me too. Then started to sing the song You Better Run, which has the lyrics You better run Don't let him get you You better run Don't let him get you If he catch you, babe He gonna r/-\pe you And Yeah An' on the way home I said, "Baby You might still get r/-\ped. " She said, "Mr. Junior" Said "You don't have to r/-\pe me 'Cause, I love you" So he was trying to quote the song from memory, basically.
