What everyone needs to understand is "Old Timey" actually has deep roots for some of the best food ever made. Back in the old days no one had internet phones or tvs. Your entire day revolved around food and music. So it was made with great pride and love. And there was alot of competition between neighbors and they kept a tight lid on their techniques and recipes. You must understand how big of a deal this was to understand and appreciate when Miss Kay uses the term "Old Timey"

Hey Willie, I drove from Colorado to Mississippi for Thanksgiving and didn't find a fried pie. Drove to your old location for Willie's Duck Diner and boom it was gone.
