Closest thing currently is 'Ask a Lawyer' membership paid monthly that allows you to connect directly via chat for specific types of lawyers. Only web based chat though.. There's also a second amendment organization you can pay monthly for which is basically insurance for any instance where you had to resort to firing your weapon. You're provided an attorney, up to $500k bail deposit, paralegal assistance, what to say and not say once police are on scene, etc. I admit it would be a challenging but very useful application/organization that existed for drivers with a membership, and in a live traffic stop with police while needing advice/guidance/legal opinion.
