We had the privilege of being part of the testing process for some of his human-powered prototypes here at Camp Horizon. I can vouch for the comments that this thing is an amazing game-changer. We've gotten people on top of mountains out here on these things who never dreamed they could even roll down a dirt/rocky path. And downhill, they're amazing fun too. Had one up to 65 kph on one of the local dirt mountain roads out here. It's a great design with great, passionate people behind it!

Que sonho ter uma dessas aqui no Brasil! Mas acredito que o valor, somando impostos, não compensa a importação.

creepy crawler tires up front! as a trials rider who runs those I can say they hook up extremely well! also, been running the same tire since 2013 and only one pinch flat (and it took a sharp metal ledge to actually flat it)

If my son was in a wheelchair I'd sell damn near everything I own to afford that bad ass machine for him.

That's an amazing wheel chair that even able bodied people might want a ride in. I bet it costs a fortunes though, like $10K plus.

Ergo Proxy that’s the problem with most off road chairs, both battery and muscle powered! I managed to find a chair that works on grass and gravel in dry weather second hand, but living in a very rural part of the UK where it rains more days than it doesn’t and has a tonne off rough and off-road terrain in towns, let alone the access to my family’s house, I’ve had to just learn how to lug myself around on crutches! I’m currently looking into learning to weld and hoping I can remember enough electronics from college so I can attempt to first build a lever powered trike I can hook my dogs onto (A cross between the mountain trike and a dry land mushing trike) so my dogs can run ahead to make it less work, but I can still use it without them and help them up hills and over harder terrain. Then if that goes well, I will attempt to build a powered off-road chair that can actually be used in my house and in shops as well as over serious off roading on Dartmoor and across muddy fields so I don’t have to switch between indoor and outdoor chairs! I don’t have £12,000 for a basic manual and another £12k for a powered off road chair that can cope with the terrain that surrounds my home, so hopefully building my own will cut the price dramatically and if I can manage to build something good enough, I will be doing in depth videos on how to build, seen as many I’ve seen skip over things the average person has no idea how to do! Just need to work out welding and maybe some 3d printing first lol!
