I managed to watch it until the end, wow very informative and in depth!! The disrespect that this girl went through, the sexualizing, the abuse and how much everyone used her, i can not believe it, how innocent she was and how good and well behaved she was even though she was not supposed to when talking with ppl this low, she accomplished all of this only by living 22 years old, it does not take a smart person to think about where she would have been now if she was alive, i think she would be as famous as Rihanna AND Beyonce combined (if not more!), RIP AALIYAH! Thank you VERY MUCH for the coverage, no one did her justice as you are doing rn

That journalist was so jealous and hateful of Aaliyah it’s sad. The funny part is despite him calling Aaliyah a pop singer no one has heard of he had to use HER name just to get attention. I’ve never heard about him or this article until today.

I just watched the part at 2:50 and wow. To think he would ever say a 15 year old child was more in control of a clearly absuive situation than the nearly 30 year old man is insane. It goes to show that we really dont see things in life clearly we see them through whatever lens were told too. How could people think she was the perpetrator and not the victim???!!! Just watched the rest and i have to say i didn't know she was being tarnished left and right like this as i was 5 years old when she died. This is just so difficult to listen to people say these things. I can't imagine how she felt. Thank you for sharing. I hope she is at peace now.

Brandy , the issue is , no one would WANT to see you dressed like Aaliyah ! I knew she wasn’t acting on Moesha , the producers and writers knew EXACTLY what she was so they wrote it into the script ! Big Mean Girl energy! Very nice insightful video , it’s ashamed to see how abused and used she was in life , but fake “mourned” and missed by the same people who aided in her undoing.
