I managed to watch it until the end, wow very informative and in depth!! The disrespect that this girl went through, the sexualizing, the abuse and how much everyone used her, i can not believe it, how innocent she was and how good and well behaved she was even though she was not supposed to when talking with ppl this low, she accomplished all of this only by living 22 years old, it does not take a smart person to think about where she would have been now if she was alive, i think she would be as famous as Rihanna AND Beyonce combined (if not more!), RIP AALIYAH! Thank you VERY MUCH for the coverage, no one did her justice as you are doing rn

Aaliyah was called home by GOD to protect her from the evil that was to come. She was truly a good person mixed up and abused in a tainted industry. It truly shows who was truly low vibrational. Aaliyah had what most people didn’t have nor could be bought! She didn’t want to follow the industry’s requirements for success, riches, and fame. She wanted to go the classy route. She truly was humble and didn’t deserve the abuse she took.

Her being booed is why R. Kelly got away with his crimes for so long. The community is quick to pain Black girls as grown and blame them for their abuse. You mean Brandy was groomed by older men when she was in her teens as R.Kelly groomed Aaliyah when she was in teens as well, that's why she made that song "age ain't nothing but a number",it was about the May-September "Relationship" between herself and R.Kelly

There was a female reporter I believe from CBS live doing coverage on the funeral where she’d expressed on camera how a horse-drawn carriage was too much for Aaliyah’s send off AND that she was not no “princess Diana” to have a funeral stopping downtown traffic. 🙄Then have the nerve to mention the so-called marriage and how the day of the funeral was her “marriage anniversary”😪. They were on Babygirl’s case even before the kid could be laid to rest peacefully. Disrespectful bastards!

I just watched the part at 2:50 and wow. To think he would ever say a 15 year old child was more in control of a clearly absuive situation than the nearly 30 year old man is insane. It goes to show that we really dont see things in life clearly we see them through whatever lens were told too. How could people think she was the perpetrator and not the victim???!!! Just watched the rest and i have to say i didn't know she was being tarnished left and right like this as i was 5 years old when she died. This is just so difficult to listen to people say these things. I can't imagine how she felt. Thank you for sharing. I hope she is at peace now.
