Cudnt help thincin about it, while they were up in the air. The only difference is they made it down off of that ride, and lived to laugh about it. While it was a different fait wen they were on that plane. They didn't live to tell about their wonderful time in the Bahamas. It was jus alot of eerie stuff goin on involving her, at that time in her life. It was hidden in plain sight. Life is so crazy. Rest in peace to both of them, for all eternity.

She really radiated beauty, maturity, and peace. It's so surprising to me how wise she was despite being so young. Her era was allowed the privacy needed to actually pull this off.

Wow, 20 years really have passed since her transition!? Although so hard to bring myself to watch, I'm glad we get to re-live these moments & experience her in this way... Babygirl sure knew how to live, thank you for reminding us to be present and love on everything and everyone while we have today. Being from the D, she was a legend long before her untimely & tragic passing and is greatly missed...Aaliyah's energy is unmatched!!! ❤❤❤

The clarity of this video is unbelievable. I feel like I'm 12 yo watching this on MTV all over again.. I will never forget the heartbreak I felt when she passed, and this Diary episode and how she mentioned what she wanted to be remembered for.. I believe it only aired a month or 2 before her death. We love you, Aaliyah. Forever and always ❤

She seemed much more happy and ambitious during this time in her can than all of the success she had in the 90’s. She knew her career was elevating in the 2000’s. She was breaking out of her shell.

I remember this episode so vividly. I thought she was the coolest, sweetest person -- which made her death a few weeks later and even harder blow. RIP Aaliyah, so glad to see your legacy live on.

It's so baffling we never got that collaboration between Janet Jackson and Aaliyah they was suppose to allegedly have collaborated twice just imagine the type of song and video they could have had 😞

I know, but their schedules would never permit it to be locked down. Janet and Aaliyah were both working on their albums and doing promo. I wish it would have happened.

@@Valender_88 it would have happened for her 4th album for sure but unfortunately we can only picture in our minds what could have been . I think we all know how incredibly amazing life would be now if she was still here. The energy would be incredible!!!!
