This episode with Rhonda Ross on Women of Impact was a WOW moment for me. I learned several tip and tools on how to make me happy. I learned that I'm doing the meditations already, just far in between. I learned that my inner voice does reach out to me, but I have to to be cognitive of its presents. Women of Impact might be the word women in its name. But wow it has helped Men, this man in particular. Women of Impact with Rhonda Ross was such a great episode that I see a talk show like The View with you both as hosts. By the way, I can't imagine why someone would give this episode a thumbs down. I give it five thumbs up period.

There is a certain peace about this interview. And it got me to think that knowing, being and loving myself is a place of rest worth working towards entering into.

Love this video. Best lessons: Happiness is what you create for yourself. Don't give anyone power over your life. Don't invest too much emotional energy into situations you cannot control. Focus on what you can control. Also important, you must be in the right environment and line of work that respects and values your personality, abilities, and talents. Sometimes, the best people do not do well in the wrong places. There are always devastating and cruel critics who will not respect you, minimize you, work to weaken you, and try to knock you down. It is all about knowing yourself, listening to helpful criticism, tuning out negative, and toxic criticism, respecting yourself, and finding your place. Depending too much on the opinions and approval of others is a weakness that can cause them to exploit you. Respect yourself. Stay away from negative people who do not respect or value you.

I loved this episode Lisa and Rhonda! Rhonda provided such a good reminder that you have to be very intentional about what you think about. That your happiness is your own and that "this to shall pass" doesn't only apply to bad situations, but to good ones as well 🙏

My co-worker has the phrase "This Too Shall Pass" hanging on her wall in her office. I've always attributed it to overcoming obstacles and challenges in my life when I read it. Thank you for helping me to realize that it can also be used for positive impacts in my life. Bottom line, enjoy every moment of life that you can. We're never promised tomorrow. What a terrific story it was from Rhonda.

Miss "Rhonda Ross" interview with you, so nice and helpful for another person, her own life experiences is very inspiring me, She thought only her own right now thinking, doing anything, in her life she only knows herself, nobody knows her, what she was doing, but continued her own business, working.that is the success of her life,.she don't mind outside of her world, own business is the main target, for her because of she wants to live in her own life and death, and in the world nobody think about her, whether its right or wrong she lives herself, nobody comes in her miserable life, even though her family members also think their own way. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and feelings and experience of life.
