@@beatapyszniak266 I think that the reason she teared up is not due to pity, but due to her relating to how you feel, and because she is a sensitive soul, which is very good! This was one of the most empowering, encouraging and uplifting video I have ever seen ❤️✨What a strong woman Cynthia is! I am so glad I took the time to watch this. The practical tools and exercises we can do to work through our fears are so helpful, especially in a world where there's an overload of information or advice. I am a survivor of childhood trauma/abuse also and struggle with limiting beliefs on a daily basis..nearly 30yrs old I just assumed I was meant to have worked through everything by now like successful women who had bad starts to life have ..and in turn felt like a failure so this just simplifies everything for me, reminds me to be gentle on myself as it's a journey and has given me a new perspective. Thank you 🙏🏼

Comparison, being in the wrong story, and "getting to that pedestal" where someone else is = soul crusher! It's wrongtown. We have to do our own work. And emote as much as you need along the way even when you've been told to keep it under control. Our greatness comes in our own ways, in our own time. 💃 Stand out, trust your values, & be-come your own You. And then own her! 👊💓 Good one, Lisa!

You are hurting a lot of people..." She is absolutely correct. It brings to mind some individuals I have encountered who appear to be highly credulous and write books sharing their challenges and struggles while sending that message of "get over it!" A great example is the radio host Charlemagne and others that cant think of at the moment who believe that because they've overcome a traumatic experience others should do so as well.

I believe(through past experiences) that I am not going to be or feel comfortable (and I am not driving, so I wouldn't be able to just leave if I really need to). Another great episode, - I liked the point that having to love your self might end up you feel you failed at another thing. Very true, thinking about it that you don't have to love your self really takes a lot of pressure off. - The point about some of the ppl who have made it through tough times, and then say you can do it it should not be a problem, rather than having compassion and empathy for those ppl who still struggle is another powerful point. Thanks again for another great video.

Sometimes we hold onto pain because it allows us to hold on rather than let go. If we have loved someone and/or we love someone we need that love to be seen and mirrored by those we love. Holding on fools us into thinking the mirror will reflect the value of what we have inside...what we offer. The belief in marriage/love can be like this. Thank you for saying "what if you don't have to love yourself!!" ..What if I can just get to know myself better? AMEN sister!

What an Amazing Loving Beautiful soulful interview / dialogue !!. ... So Feminine n gentle yet very firm and being so comfortable at it and both of you bring out the best in each other ........ xxx I can really related and feel for it ... I especially love it when Cynthia said what is she not available for instead of using set boundaries or chips on the shoulders ..... it definitely sounds less harsh and alot more feminine ... and the way she put things into perspective when she said not everyone out there is going to get you ,try think outside the box as you don't know what others going through ...be kind as you can , little kindness goes a long way ...... ..like a little ripple in the ocean ....... also I only find out today ''emotion'' only last 90 seconds and the rest is up to us how we wanna tell ourselves the story instead of dwelling on it .... .. Sometimes it is good to just trust ourselves and act on our hunch without getting too much advice from others ......but I think sometimes it is great to take the time to do some research ,some soul-searching , have some expertise advice and then of course at the end of the day , it 's our final decision to make , it's all up to us ................. I love how Lisa raise the question of what about if surrounded by negative, insulting people like friends and family regardless of how much self-work , self-love, work-on-myself , accept myself to be done ........ Really , everyone have their own path .....

@Iren2223 жыл бұрын
Those tools and the work she’s talking about is different for each individual. They are not real tools, meaning service, that you can buy. Every single one has to discover themselves what are the “tools” for her/him. This is done by inner work. I believe this can be achieved sometimes in psychotherapy. Hope that helps!
