It is not ok-ish, it's absurdly good. It's basically a super Kyosho Mini-Z for a lot less money. It can use Kyosho bodies, it has nice oil filled shocks, it's smooth and it's ridiculously fast (if you want) But the most crazy thing is: IT CAN DRIFT and does it very well.
@disciplinerc3 ай бұрын
It does have a lot going for it, but I feel that the wheel size takes away from the whole experience and limits it usage out of the box. The 2401 Power wagon version looks to be set up much better, larger wheels and a smaller body. The balance of those things on this truck is just off to me 😅

Hey, can you link to the video you showed an excerpt of regarding the expandable body? Or maybe another resource? I'm having the hardest time finding info about this. I'd be very interested in putting a Mini Z 4Runner body on this chassis. Thanks!
@JT-6s3 ай бұрын
This looks to be absurdly well made, and imo much better than the SG2402. But what is it for? It’s like a hybrid between a MiniZ 4x4 and a FMS fcx24m, but will never crawl as well as either of those. No drag brake, no clearance, and geared too high. More like a mini touring car that can drift? A 1/18 scale Kyosho Fazer? Kinda cool but will have to carve out a niche for itself.
@disciplinerc3 ай бұрын
It's a tough one to call out, but you pretty much nailed it on the head. With some brass, this thing could be a carpet ripper!

This vs FMS Jimny? Which one is better? I want to get one for my lads up coming birthday.
@disciplinerc3 ай бұрын
The FMS is a way more quality rig for sure. And 1/12th scale. This is only $90 after all, but you do get what you pay for with FMS. The FCX24m is about $20 more, but you get WAY more values and quality, not to mention more aftermarket parts 👌
