Which variant? I'm lucky to find more than a dozen whenever I raid an evac shelter for wood. Even then they mostly end up in a bin once there's any other option.

@@jorionedwards I’m not too familiar on the specific names but generally any untouched one. Like the kind you spawn in during the evacuee start usually have a ton. Like I’ll regularly find piles of 25 at a time just on random counters. Plus there’s always a handful in each locker and usually even some in the garbage cans in the bathrooms lol. The only reason I use them so much is cus they don’t go bad! Like I can just store a couple dozen in my car and then all the actual good food that my campsite people want goes directly to them.

The cheese tortellini are pretty decent imo. If you want a bad one go for the fettuccine or veggie crumbles MREs. For a good one chilli mac is a classic beloved by almost everyone that’s had to eat em. Also nice choice on sound track, it feels like you reached into my favorite ost playlist and pulled out the best tracks!

These MREs are a lot more organized and hi-tech than what we got back in the day in the IDF. Ours was about 70% cans of tuna. Feels almost blasphemous to see an MRE without them.

Oooo in my opinion, the MREs that were primarily a pasta dish were the best! One of the guys I led in my squad for some reason loved the grossest of the options (like the pizza or cheeseburger... 😨) so he always managed to trade and I could get something like turkey tetrazzini.
