This video came up on my recommended list and the moment I opened it and saw you by the cable car I knew straightaway what this was going to be. I took my kids here as a treat years ago and it was so memorable (for all the wrong reasons) we still joke about it now. Firstly I got accused of having not paid and chased down the stairs been shouted at when leaving only to prove I had paid. No apology given just an ok you can leave. Still smarting from this outrage, this was quickly followed by us getting food poisoning and spending the next few days projectile vomiting and worse. I was so annoyed and looked up the hygiene rating at the time to discover it was a 1 out of 5. I complained to the local environmental health as well as the o2 - astounded they had the audacity to call themselves a 'world class venue'. They responded they were not responsible for their tenants but were grateful for the feedback! I have looked up my emails and am amazed to discover it was 7 years ago. Whenever we visit the o2 and walk past on the way to the cinema and see people loitering at the entrance I feel like telling people don't do it! Worst place ever.

Mac try Al Forno in Putney or Wimbledon when I lived in London they did an all you can eat mid week offer, you had to flip between pasta and pizza on the main menu standard of food was high.. Local rugby teams used to use it as the refuel stop after training was quite the spectacle.

There is a reason that Jimmy's Buffet was a chain with restaurants in Staines, Wimbledon, Luton, Birmingham etc and they are all gone with the O2 the only one left, they were good when they first opened but the food went downhill very fast. There is another chain very similar still going, International Buffet or something. We went to their one in Croydon recently, it was spectacularly bad, the food made Jimmy's look like The Ritz!

You didn't taste it though he did. He is just being honest and warning people. I personally wouldn't go to a place like this as you know it's probably not going to be very good. It's not going to the best quality if it's all you can eat at that price. I'd rather have quality over quantity. The pizza looked awful and that chocolate fountain 🤮🤮. Depends what your standards are some people have no taste so they would probably think it was ok.

I would have put 'undescribably vile disgusting minging food DO NOT GO NEAR even if starving too death do not stand withing 20 feet off the restaurant the food WILL DEFINATLY kill you...slowly....you will contract an unknown illness and spend a few years in life support before your eventual ending so plz plz plz STAY AWAY'...thats how I would describe all the restaurants even the good ones...

I have a theory: as we all know "all you can eat buffets" almost inevitably feature tasteless meat especially chicken so only visit(if you really must) when you have a cold, flu or have a nasal problem as then you will receive a goodly intake of protein whilst not being able to taste the darn stuff anyway..actually this is not the worst buffet in the world which I think Lee will find out if he visits a cheapo buffet in Las Vegas

There is one near where I live and I always used to get full up really quickly. Anyway one of my school mates got a job in their washing up and he told me they put bicarbonate soda in the food which expands in your stomach so you get full up quicker and don’t eat as much. Which is pointless as most people just pile their plate up anyway.

All I could see even without your critique was an extreme calculation on food costing. The proteins were non existant, the serving trays where all sauce or carbs and with that mentality at a guess, the ingredients would have to be the cheapest. It would not at all be surprising that leftovers would be recycled in an environment like that. The only thing of interest was the prawn MANGOLIAN. It must be something new, where only male prawns are used.

On Sunday me and my dad are going to watch a session at The World Snooker in Sheffield and then we are going to Cosmo so will have to see how that is in comparison lol?

The Buffet at the NAWAAB on the A6 SE of Manchester is/was £21.00 Odd. I went round three times to the Indian, there. The curry tasted like the old "Khans Rest" Westbourne Pk Grove London, a little way from Paddington and just round the corner from Queensway Underground. That is not buffet, but bloody good still. The Nawaab was fantstic though, an old cinema converted to a buffet that stretches right across the theatre. I still had room for some delicious coconut ice cream after. Or pop into Waitrose and get a Charlie Binghams "Chicken Tikka Massala and Pilau Rice £5.00 for one or £8.50 for a double portion, delicious. Thanks :)

We ate there a couple of years ago. Food wasn’t great but what was strange is there were no rhyme or reason to the layout. Nothing seemed to go with anything else. We ended up with chips and more chips. Never again

Chicken Biryani to be fair is traditionally made with chicken on the bone... pretty much all asian people agree it adds flavour (although by the sounds of this place that didnt help lol) Most currys as well are traditionally made with meat on bone.. its one of the things that was changed/adapted to appeal to the white british when boneless chicken breast started to become the norm in these dishes.

The chocolate fountain looked as though it needed shutting and cleaning then completely filling up otherwise they don't really work properly, always think of Dawn French diving in in Vicar of Dibley. Pizzas looked the value range in our local cheapo frozen food supermarket. Nice views from the cable car.

Id eat at this place every day if it was about 10 dollars. I lived in Vegas for years and as Lee knows the buffets there are minimum 20 dollars and the one at Caesars Palace the Bacchanal is about 100 dollars a person.

I don't know what to say, I'll try!. Firstly I wouldn't frequent a place like this with ZERO cough screens over the food. Personally I prefer Chinese and Indian cuisine cooked fresh to order., it tastes 100% better. Finally their Hygiene rating (scores n the doors) is often poor. The buffet in Manchester that you waxed lyrical about with Latchford Lad has a 1 or 2 star. Says it all.
