I feel like Pyrealm hasn't been keeping up with the meta on a bunch of things lately, largely due to frustration with the game. It started back in the MK2 Weapon Videos, which is really a pretty error-filled video. Many of the MK2 weapons are stellar, it's just he didn't test fall off damage, just optimal range damage.

Originally the game was well balanced. Only some people had an expensive apartment and only 1 high end sports car. Then the game got flooded with hackers who tanked the economy. Suddenly everyone had 10m and bought all the end game stuff immediately. So they had to compensate by making even more expensive stuff. At which point they found that by making new pointless stuff 10m each, kids would spend 50 IRL on shark cards to pay for it in game.

If you're talking about aircrafts, many, but not all. Jets are still useful for going fast around the map. The Oppressor MK2 is really slow compared to them. Also, from what I've seen, some helicopters have explosive rounds too

The main reason to buy any business or DLC related property: to reduce the amount of annoying people that call you every single time you join a server. In real life you could at least either mark them as spam and ignore their calls, or completely ignore them at all. Can't do that here sadly.

I always meet up with my friend on the yacht. We chat in the jacuzzi and then go for some missions. Id say its not necessary but still a cool addition to the world itself. Things dont need to fly, have advanced weapons or any special ability. Anything can be cool in its own way and that's what i think of the yacht.

Yes I agree, I do have the appointment on Alta street but I want a vinewood hills apartment, the 800k one is good, because of pool and size but too expensive cuz I ain’t about to waste a heist, so I’m getting the one on 4 Hangman Avenue, sucks that it’s the best middle end and not worst high end but it’ll do cuz I can store my mk2 in it and to do a heist I just fly to my Alta apartment which is easy with a level 4 engine mk2 upgrade.

@PerpetratorX I think they changed the rate of getting popularity of I'm not mistaken! Since the casino update dropped, now if you do one popularity mission, instead of having the bar go up by half, it goes up by 1.25 bars. So 4 popularity missions can get it back from empty to full ^^

The one for 200k is the cheapest one that allows you to host heists. I bought it once, because I wanted to leave Eclipse Tower (needed the money and was annoyed by the neighbourhood). A few weeks later I moved to Richards Majestic because the neighbourhood was also annoying :D

I have a bunker near sandy shores. I bought a simple 2 car garage right next to it instead of upgrading the bunker to have a spawn point. Its also really nice to store my off road vehicles so i dont have to take them all the way up to the cooler off road spots.

I pretty much just buy all of the 10 car garages that are next to the highway or main roads for easy Access. Also I’ve only been playing for 2 weeks and I already have a hangar with a weapon used Cuban 800. Thanks for the info!

The best part about a smugglers run hangar is, if you buy one at the military base you can pass through the base without getting any wanted stars or being attacked by the military - provided you dont commit any crimes though

Night club with some MC businesses is a must have. It holds the terorbyte (which has payout missions) and can sustain business for players that take advantage of business battles or players that play for long periods of time (less grinding). Still love the video.

Clubhouse is underrated if I read the comments. It’s sooo nice to spawn the oppressor right in front of you when you learning to use it and fall of a lot. And the “return vehicle”, that’s so useful. No need to destroy your car to call a new one, or drive away from it to call the mechanic. It’s so fast I use it all the time when I want a different vehicle! Also: if your mechanic is in cooldown, no worries you will always get a bike right in front of you! No waiting no walking.
