I just dismissed it all, the Bunker, Biker, CEO/VIP, and nightclub businesses and just did contact missions and heists (no glitches) it takes a long time but I do believe I shall begin to try out all these businesses. I already own Nightclub, Bunker, MC club, CEO building, air hangar and several apartments and cars. Now I just need to buy biker businesses and CEO warehouse. I own special vehicle garage too. I've been playing GTA Online since it first came out in 2013. I was among the few to preorder the game too. Yet, I still have yet to do these public session businesses due to the fact I'm more of a peaceful player and always end up running into Griefers and Tryhards when I'm simple doing my own thing. I can certainly find my own ways around it, I'm very smart. But, you've persuaded me to try it out. Thank you.

IMO for Solo players sell when you stock is at $140k then it will always be 1 sell vehicle i believe its $150k when you start getting more then one sell vehicle. i just buy 1 resupply that always lands right on $140k stock and i always get 1 sell vehicle. just remember to buy a resupply before you sell or you will have to drive all the way back thus wasting time.

The reason they don't is because it's crazy money you can make. And now with the mobile office unit to launch them anywhere I can fill up even quicker. When it's 2x money, I can sell two warehouses for almost 10 million in a lobby full of people. It's amazing money. Also 9 crates would be impossible doing alone. Imagine getting the single ones? Some you don't have time to barely do 3. 9? You would lose 5 of them sometimes.

As a level 560 player I can guarantee you that bunker sales cannot be done solo if you have more than 2 vehicles, and often even 2 vehicles are impossible (dune buggies e.g.). If you want to be sure to get only ONE vehicle sell at a 175,000 dollar limit. That’s the only way to ensure that you can make the sale solo.

As said in the video, the only 3 missions that cannot be done solo are the cameo insurgent customs, dune FAVs, and the monster trucks with far drop points. Maybe your bunker location is shit? As a solo player don’t let your bunker run full. Buy on supply and then sell the product. This way you will always get only one vehicle. But you will not be able to do MOST sale missions of a full bunker! I repeat: most missions with a full bunker are impossible for a solo player!
