Imagine running a bar and your idea of helping your bar staff out of a hole is " who wants a beer I can handle a beer" if you can't make your full menu you shouldn't work at a bar.
@lucasakers4011 Жыл бұрын
Thats not true. Owning/managing is an entirely different job from bartending, and he would likely slow down the whole process by doing a job that isn't his. Pouring beers takes pressure off the bartenders without getting in their way. Absolutely the right move in that situation.

While bartending at a university occasionally a glass would break and we had to make sure that the ice was not contaminated. Imagine a line of buss boys pouring hot water into the ice bin until it was empty. Then cleaned, bleached, rinsed three times and refilled with ice. AS FAST AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. One six hour shift I turned over the register ( $1,000) by selling 2,000 beers at $0.50 each. (300 beers an hour or 5, 16 ounce beers every minute) Fantastically and great times.
