ugh ana you're my favvoooooriteeee and i unfortunately agree on the herzog book. i think i liked it a little more than you did purely bc i thought onoda's story was interesting and kinda heartbreaking but my brain is BOGGLED trying to figure out why he thought a book was a better medium for his storytelling than a film!!!

When The Coffee Gets Cold was a good premise that was completely wasted. And all of the stories seemed to involve punishing a woman, or putting her in her place. Particularly I hate fictional stories about women who know pregnancy could kill them but go ahead anyway, and then it's held up as the Ultimate Feminine Sacrifice. And especially when the author is a man. Gross.

Horrorstor is a book that humanity could have done without and nobody would mourn it's loss. The memory police could take it away and everyone wouldn't have to fight to forget it. I hate that book and I haven't even read it I just know that I hate it you know what I mean
