Could probably force save Barov for the combo turn intead of the hero power, its 1 more mana without discount and 1 more card but since the combo is so reliant on discount anyway its very likely that you float that 1 extra mana, i think that makes the combo much more consistent, that being said, it means you have 1 less control option early game to survive before the combo turn so idk how viable that is

You should play Zephrys in this deck. He can give you Silens, Sap, Mass Dispel or some removal and it will significantly improve OTK turn.

@@HerbaceousM8 tbh at 2 mana it'd be playable if you could somehow fit good early divine shield minions like Argent Squire or Righteous Defender with buffs, but otherwise the card is useless. Maybe in some fringe token paladin deck with the 5 mana demon which gives every recruit divine shield upon summoning but that requires drawing it without tutor, so overall this card could be too polarizing if it was 1 mana imo, cuz turn 1 argent squire/Defender + coin into it or just turn 1 squire/defender into turn 2 sorrow and another divine shield minion, or just hand of adal. It'd still suffer if you drew it later on tho.

Actually you could have played the gift of luminence on the Emperor, since Corruption triggers at the start of your opponents turn, but Emperor ticks at the end of your own. those are two different phases.

Honestly i think people are a bit overcritical on this weapon. When it was in standard it was terrible, but if it comes back in a core set / duals, the synergies are there. It's easier than ever to get a large board of divine shields (with new deathrattle weapon + dormant minion). It could get big damage easily.

Pfft... This is easy. Next try to OTK with Poisoned Blade xD (Technically possible if you play Even Rogue then RNG into a Felfire Deadeye from Shredder/Pickpocket and then RNG into a Coldarra Drake from Primordial Protector pulling Sprint/Vanish)
