The story about what went on at USP Florence in the 90s with the COs Cowboys gang is wild. Weekend at Bernies incident & the COs intentionally locking in a guy that was telling on them with some guys that butchered and canibalized him. One of which went on to x officer Rivera up at Atwater. It's gotta be one of the most crazy stories to ever come out of BOP.

One of the CO's who testified against the "cowboys" was the rec officer in Oxford. Cold piece of shit right there...lt looked like he suffered from a bad case of vitiligo but he actually survived a boiling cup of baby oil thrown directly into his neck. Wears turtle necks and under armor daily. Gibson? Gibbons? Givens? Don't know it don't care. But he's definitely hiding out over there when I passed through. Lol.

I worked in a psych hospital for 7 years. Leather restraints are used for 4 hrs max, and checked every 15 minutes for circulation. More than 4 hours requires a Dr order.

Sh1t they keep em strapped up for 4 hours minimum if anything.. I've seen guys restrained for hours and hours it drove em crazy and just made the situation worse. Most COs I've came across are pieces of sh1t who do way too much out of pure ego and hatred. Then cry when they get blasted like they didn't have it coming or deserve it.

I really liked this episode. I think it really says something about Chad's character. The fact that a man that spent 20 years at the mercy of the BOP would then come on social media and interview, not interrogate, a former warden shows that Chad is a fair minded man especially after the many hardships he insured and witnessed at the hands this guest's former colleagues and peers. Keep doing what you're doing Chad. As a person who knows the cost of bad choices and the effort required to reform one's self I really do get a lot of inspiration from your story and your show.

If you want to claim tht you are a ethical man then tht applies to everything and nothing goes over looked if it's wrong... I don't give a fuck if your under staffed or he is your friend... inmates are not defined by the errors they have made in a moment of time. But should be treated ass human beings no matter the circumstances... if the inmate is a piece of shit us inmates will handle those people... But when you are at a job of tht magnitude you must have a foundation of professionalism at all time..

@-40:39, I’ve been to Federal Prison before and I have a brother who worked at Sing Sing prison for over 20 years. The first time me and my brothers had a family get together and he decided on telling one of his “inmate beatdown stories,” I looked at him with a murderous look and he NEVER told one of those “good ole boy stories” in front of me again. Sure, prison has some convicts which are azzholes, but I can never condone a group of men beating up a restrained man from stuff that I’ve seen.

They hate convicts and don’t care. The job and academy impresses on the recruits that you are the enemy. Same as my time in the army. It’s how you make normal people do abnormal things like ignore or not empathize with other human being to do your job.

I was transferred into Tomson SMU on one of the first couple buses in 2019. Place was very dangerous! And what made it so dangerous…. I had one friend that was unalived and another that was stabbed 19 times after I was released from there.

When I was locked up here in NC I ran across numerous men & women that were military prior to corrections, and I respected them. There's some bad actors amongst the inmate populous, and if your a guard that has an aversion to violence, you simply will NOT survive!

I was at Mckean when that riot on the yard happened. I wasn't on the yard at the time cause it didn't involve me. Mckean has no guard tower and only a couple rec cops so it's hard to control an incident on the yard unlike the penn where it's usually seen fairly quick.
