I loved this chatty section of the blog! This year I really struggled with stress as I was in year 12, had family issues, and became school captain so the workload was really intense. Eventually it became too much and I was diagnosed with Generalised anxiety caused by stress. Just like you said, I had no idea how stressed I was, and that it was causing me all this anxiety. Once I realised that this was the cause, I started taking more care in how much work I took on and it improved so much! Thank you so much for talking about it!! It was very helpful for me, and I hope it helps other people too :)

Watching this two months later and that part about stress really speaks to me! Stress can definitely affect your health in so many different ways and that makes it harder to diagnose. I got so overwhelmed a few years ago that it almost destroyed my kidneys, like it got this bad and it took weeks and so many tests to find out what it was. The thing is that I got this sick because I let myself go, but thinking back I defo should have done something earlier. I'm still a really stressed person but it's not as bad. Just wanted to say that acting before it's too late is so important. Find someone you can talk to is a good way to start, it can be anybody, but trust people around you. love your vlogs, you're a really great person! x

alfie I just made a huge change in my life well I was bullied at school a lot and its been going on for 8 years and now i've changed my self I never new what a smile was until I smiled I was so happy after I thought everything was perfect then I found out what I thought my friends were those were the bullies them self and now I don't think I can trust anyone I still cant beliee I was so blind that I didn't see what these people were doing until now.....
