I’m studying a masters at the moment at a place with lots of international students. A few days into the new year, I took an American and Mexican friend to my hometown in the country. We walked around the market, the canal etc, they took pictures. A little later, we arrived at the White Horse, an honest to God, low ceiling traditional pub and they loved it. It was, to my knowledge, the oldest pub in town and we spent a fair few hours in there. The floors did indeed creak and the beams up above were the only thing holding it together. It is amazing.

Emily talked about this incident in her video, and even she said their flight got diverted or something to DEL airport i.e. Delhi airport, India. So I think they did go to India but he just doesn't remember it since it was a very bad moment for him and it was just a connecting flight.

BAHHHH TO Daidus's BULLSHIT about Americans as a rule not appreciating the natural beauty we have here. I've been to every federal and many state parks in Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota, Alabama, Virginia, Kansas, and Missouri, and other states where I've NOT been to very many state parks. I've been to, I think it's 38/50 states and lived in Guam for a few years. I fucking love it, but I was actually raised rural, so that may be the reason. But rural americans exist, and we aren't all dumb republicans, though most of the people where I live are.
