I agree with the volume. I have to max my laptop volume and the video volume and it's still quiet. I can hear but if there's any background noise (like a fan) it gets hard to hear even when maxed. I often need to plug my earbuds in to hear your vids =(

Don't ever gets your ears fixed by surgery. I know two people who got them and they forever have ear pain. You can't touch their ears or they freak out. Not worth it
