Every time the Ninja named Gordan shows his face Flash Gordan music should play. that gang is so poor they can't even afford chopsticks, they have to share a single metal spoon. their bandanas have dual purposes; They allow them to not be mistaken as Power Rangers or Liberace backup dancers and they also state their pronouns. That ninja's pronouns are Nin/Ja.

Ya gotta love the headbands with the word "Ninja" printed on them. You know, just in case you forgot...Which, in the case of this crap, you might well forget. That guy Godfrey Ho, what a crook! Oh, the Ninja headbands, yeah, you can pick those up at Spencer's gifts and novelties...If there's still any of those around.

The Godfrey Ho ninja films with the spliced in footage of Richard Harrison and Pierre Kirby are probably his cheesiest films. He made like 80 of them in 10 years, just remixing the same footage into new films. He made a few films with Cynthia Rothrock that are higher quality and have plots you can follow.

I actually saw one of these movies at the Alamo Drafthouse, thinking I was gonna see "Blood Debts". When one of the employees introduced the film and mentioned how Godfrey Ho's movies all recycled footage, I knew I had made a huge error. For all the fight scenes the movie had, I actually fell asleep halfway through it, despite sitting in the front row. But hey, at least I got to see the infamous "Garfield phone" scene (and all the talk about the ninja empire) in the theater. Sad thing is, another one of these movies where Harrison didn't play a ninja had him doing his own fight scenes/stunts and he's actually pretty good for a guy in his 50's. Would've easily given Charles Bronson a run for his money back then.

A lot of Godfrey Ho's "Ninja" movies starred an actor named Pierre Kirby. According to what I've heard, he just sort of showed up to audition from a house boat he lived on that he pulled into a dock and was said to have a decent level of skills in one form of Kung Fu or another, so he got signed on to do a bunch of Godfrey Ho movies, usually dressed in pink, until he disappeared. Rumor has it that he was kidnapped on his own house boat and killed because he was missing for some time and his house boat was gone from where it had been docked and never returned. No one knows what happened for sure, but it really is a shame considering the various possibilities that have been thrown around, none of them pleasant.
