The WORST Rated Hotel in Liverpool ?

Walk today into the Britannia Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool City Centre showing you the location, reception and a few of the function rooms where they have afternoon tea. This hotel is one of the worst rated on Tripadvisor comment below is it as bad as the reviews ? The building is actually impressive but needs some money spent on it for sure. Adephi a beautiful hotel needs some TLC but a great location. Afternoon tea there is lovely abs worth a shot. Bars are very reasonable and the staff are lovely.

The Storage Room known as the American Bar is used for storage during the day but a lady called Alison runs it in the evening it’s fabulous she gives you a very well welcome it’s worth a visit guys 😀

The Adelphi use to be one of the most beautiful hotels here in Liverpool. Its such a shame that this magnificent building has been left to rot over time!!

remember hotel well when we had doorman with top hat and concierge desk.the main lounge was great place for tea lots love palm trees. shame to see hotel now .

Stayed here and was really disappointed, totally out dated and rooms were filthy but like you said with some TLC it could be a really great place again

I stayed there about 10 yrs ago our room.smelt like bad damp I bought fabreeze from the shops and still smelt it so asked too be moved which they did so glad they did cause no way I could of slept with that smell
