Maybe I'm overthinking it, but when you use the word properly in reference to someone who actually has dementia, it really changes how you view the topic altogether. Your knee-jerk thought is probably thinking I'm just calling him a gross piece of shit, with some fucked up dark fantasies/outlook in some way. Nope. He raped his dementia addled mother(demented). This is actually a real recipe I have seen a version of before. It’s not depression era, it’s 50s housewife era. It was something that could be made in prepped in than 30 minutes and didn’t need any chopping, which was important to women of the day who really didn’t have the time to spend hours in the kitchen after maintaining the house and taking care of the kids after school

Why do you hate Bell Peppers ? Have you given the small ones a try ? I used to hate Bell Pepper cause my mom only bought the green ones. I later find out that green Bell Pepper is not ripe. This is exactly the kind of recipe that you get when you have a large family who insists on getting together in a park where there are trails, caves and primitive camp sites! My mother's family did this every year from 1965-94. Some people were expected to bring the same thing every time. Aunt Helen=fried chicken, Aunt Retta=green bean casserole, my parents=deviled eggs+hamburger for grilling, grandma=all the bread+cookies....etc until we get to Aunt Jan. There's no telling what she would bring but, she had about a 40% success rate. Thats not bad over 30yrs time. 😂

Yes, getting pooped on happens.. the day I proposed to my wife was a beautiful summer day and we was on a boat trip into the archipelago close to where we live. At a romantic spot I got on my knee and did the thing, it was romantic like in a cheesey movie and she was the happiest I've ever seen her before. That was of course until a Seagull decided to do a WW2 style dive bombing raid, swooped right above her and plastered her in the most foul smelling substance I've ever smelled. I mean, it was insane, she was covered, head to waist, her pretty summer dress ruined, her hair looking like something out of the walking dead. So yeah, that shit happens outside of cartoons...

I found it! Like the exact same recipe. Except it was called green beans and shoe pegs casserole. But used the EXACT same ingredients. There were maybe 5-6 websites that came up. So it is definitely a thing outside of Aunt Merda💀💀

My man, you need to learn how to clean a carburetor. Its not super difficult and was probably the issue with the mower. 90% of the time if an engine-powered yard work implement ( mower, weed whacker, chain saw, etc) wont start, thats the problem. Dirty carb.

Naw brobro they say when a bird poops on ya it's supposed to be good luck also sounds like the old mower had old gas that went bad its a little work depending on the mower but should only take about 20 mins to remove filters drain old gas and oil at the same time cuz why not get some good gas and oil best thing to do is to drain your mower every winter just run that bitch until the gas runs out and leave it dry for the winter or you could put a preservative in for winter but like any engine if you do that you need to start it up every couple weeks I've fixed and used old mowers a lot sorry just trying to pass some knowledge much love from FT Hood Texas

This is a war time recipe when rationing was a thing but people still needed to eat. The addition of cheese was probably included after the war when it was more available and affordable. My grandfather fought in ww2 and his favorite dish was green beans with toasted almonds. But he also spent 5 years on the Atlantic avoiding German u boats. We are lucky to not have to deal with that and have access to any food anywhere and anytime at our beck and call.

Drop off the lawn mower at a small engine repair shop. I've never bought a lawnmower. I have one that someone threw out because it didn't work. $100 tune up, new blade, drive belt, and now it's a one pull starter.

I hate to say it, but it’s very similar to green bean casserole and duck you probably wouldn’t like it because you don’t like green beans. I might not put as many pimentos in it but I bet you this isn’t as bad as you think especially if you adjusted it to taste, I might add more cheese.😊
