I'll never forget that time that Jack openly bragged about choking out his son. He choked him so hard that his nose started bleeding, Jack's words not mine.

Yeah it's all fun and games until we remember who we're dealing with- NGL, I wondered at first if this was the choked-out son he nearly killed that we never see, that he blamed going 'bad' on cannabis, which is unforgivable (attitudes and lies like that have destroyed the lives of millions, and it is still not deregulated yet. A man who strangles children and blames the sacred herbs is inherently not funny. Hope he gets better, because I'm not an asshole, but he's still a violent jackass with whom I would not care to break bread).

@@voluntaryismistheanswer That is actually the son he choked out yes. He also bragged about kicking him out when he was still a minor and leaving him homeless cause he smoked weed. In reality his son went bad because (and this is pretty clear from Jack's own actions and videos) because when Jack found his son's Stepmom they had kids of their own and Jack's OG son was pushed to the side. Stepmom's often don't like kids from previous women and can take it out on them with social and emotional abuse, her kids became the immediate favorite and he was pushed to the side. Any time he tried to do anything for himself his father would abuse him or the stepmom would get him to do it. And that's not including the obviously fragile and over-inflated ego Jack has had for most of his adult life (remember how bitter and ANGRY he was that his chili that was made of canned goods and rotten meat didn't place) combined with his passive aggressiveness and how badly that would've applied to the punching bag of the family his son that went "bad"

Jack is the polar opposite of my grandmother. She had a major stroke at 55, managed to recover fully, and made major changes. Walked 5 miles a day, made huge dietary changes. A stroke scared the hell out of her and she's done her damndest not to have another one. Now 80 and still no 2nd stroke. I wish Jack would have done the same. He's had 3? and still won't make changes. He's too young for this shit.

He needs an actual doctor and dietitian to work with his blood and figure out the right diets and get his relationship with food corrected, not some complete restriction based diet's. Stroke victims need to avoid saturated fat and sugars the most. In a keto diet which 90% of people do wrong, and 100% Jack would do wrong, saturated fat is almost doubled. It will give Jack a faster death.

The substitution of cheese for carbs causes issues in those who are active and Keto is not recommended for pregnant/breastfeeding mothers because of the vitamin and carb deficit. Grains are very healthy in a normal diet and required for feeling full and having lasting energy. For active lives, Keto has put people in hospitals for lack of necessary sugars and muscle proteins leaking into the blood stream.

@Nebraska Truth Center bullying is not the only cause of his strokes, you cannot put all the blame directly on internet trolls as well as critics who RIGHTFULLY took issue with his cooking / people who’ve BEEN worried for Jack after his health-scares and encourage him to change his ways to no avail. Jack is unwilling to change his diet and has been unwilling since the very first stroke. His horrible diet is definitely a big factor and it affects him more and more as he ages. There is also the stressful events in his life that we don’t really witness, such as the whole situation with his son(i think, where i believe there was a big drama and his son got kicked out, i might be wrong tho) stress + bad diet + unwillingness to change (seemingly) + aging + underlying medical conditions + obesity will do that to you.

It seems to actually comes from a low carb TikTok food channel, specifically keto recipes that focuses on low carb & high fat content. This recipe in particular is clearly intended as a simple & quick "hack" recipe and in their original video actually looks good, and honestly I doubt it would be terrible as chicken & cheese is a good combination and I'm sure the right brand of canned chicken could taste decent enough (and is likely already at least salted if not seasoned with other stuff). If you switch out the canned chicken for fresh stuff with appropriate seasoning to your liking and lower the amount of cheese compared to Jack (he used way too much, original recipe called for 1/2 cup for a 12 oz can of chicken), and maybe add some kind of bread or flour coating on the outside, I'm sure you could make a decent chicken chip, obviously not something you should eat all the time but once in a blue moon wouldn't be bad. Main point here is it wasn't from one of those kinds of food TikToks that August usually covers, it's meant as a serious recipe, albeit a simple & quick hacky kind of one, for keto diets.

I worked for a government department and started a small project to make my job easier, I was asked to expand it and I worked with a small team and flew black and forth from the capital to meet with the corporate overloaded and politicians.
