Few years ago a person i know very well was hospitalised, and was put in a room with a woman who had a kidney removed. While staying in the room the person I know couldn't avoid to listen the shouting and the anger of the lady staying in the same room. The lady was shouting and crying because the day after she was operated having her kidney removed the doctor came to say that he had removed accidentally the good kidney leaving the infected and useless one. Real story from a real Hospital
