He married her, gave her 2 children and it wasn’t until she was 40 years old that she woke up to what happened to her. He mentally, emotionally, and financially abused her. She felt like he stole her youth from her and she ended up being his hospice wife, taking care of him physically and financially. He died with dementia.

The one I know decided to talk to me yesterday. She is a covert who is very slippery. I was able to stay calm and let her know that what she says to my husband, her brother, does not bother me. She can do or say whatever and I will not be offended with her. I think I accidentally over shared some things during the conversation. It can be hard because I used to share everything with her in my attempts to keep her happy with me. The rest of the day was me keeping myself calm and working to break the cycle of anxiety that comes from conversations with her. I did feel that I won that round because she did not get a reaction out of me and I was able to let her know that she has no more power over me. She also made a comment of how her sister, who was her scapegoat, and I have this "close thing" going on. I just told her that I don't talk to that sister all that much, which I don't. I now have a group of friends that she cannot touch, by the grace of God, and they are my support.

This explains my situation exactly when I was 17-20. The guy really hurt me many times in many ways, and ended up stalking me. Thankfully I got out by joining the military. He hurt me temporarily, but I learned a lot and became much stronger. Never would I wish this upon anyone, however. Makes lemonade with lemons. He does not scare me nor have power over me any longer.

I wish I knew all of this 23 years ago. I would have never gotten married to this narcissist. Thankfully we didn't have kids together. The love bombing was over the top for a couple of years. Now we are room mates. Unfortunately as I was trying to leave, I found out I needed lifesaving surgery and had to stay under his care. I'm 6 months recovered but nowhere near normal. I still have my plan in place though.

Yep that was my ex to the new supply, unfortunately for them I've always looked younger and naturally skinny, even after 4kids. When she met me 1st time she couldn't hide her shock and immediate hatred,then dreams of attack started. Whenever we're in the same space he follows me around like a puppy,I don't even speak to this guy. Later I found out he's upset I didn't get jealous of his young new supply, now he's trying to ruin my relationship, crazy. Whenever my kids are with this lady, she always talks about going to gym, cost of her hair (until she found out I own a hair and beauty salon). He hides her now and family is confused,I guess she failed the assignment. She's younger but nothing like me, we're from different worlds. We're the same age with my ex and the kids asked him why he looks so much older and that didn't go down well. I had to remind them as I used to when they were younger,we don't talk about daddy's age because he gets upset, madness I tell you.

I don't know if mental illness is contagious, but such approach is common in internet incel communities. Young or very young girls are "desirable" and called "jailbait" and 30+ women are considered old and decrepid and phrase describing them is that they "hit the wall". Oh, and these men always whine over their loneliness and unability to find gf, but somehow it's never their fault.
